A lack of confidence can have a crippling impact on our sense of worth and wellbeing. I truly believe that confidence should be at the core of everything we do to lead the best and happiest life possible.

As someone who is shy and somewhat of an introvert, building my confidence has been the touch of magic needed to get out there and do the work I want to do and attract the right people into my life. I have also discovered that being confident doesn’t automatically mean being loud or outgoing. So if you are shy and want to build your confidence, you can take comfort in the fact that it isn’t about radically changing your personality!

I also know how lack of body confidence can have an incredibly negative impact on quite literally, every other part of your life. Over the past 8 years, I have built up some highly powerful tools that I 100% know help to raise that level of confidence in your physical self.
