Just a very quick post today as I thought this was an AMAZING story and example of how being broken hearted can lead to incredible change - if you choose to say “f**k it” and see the opportunity in it 😉
Check out Katy’s story - Katy was jilted at the alter so in her heartbreak, quit her job, sold her house, booked a one-way ticket to Asia, did some backpacking, experienced a ton of cool stuff and is now about to have her first book published!
Now of course, you don’t have to go to such extremes as Katy if you’re feeling broken hearted and don’t know what to do, but it just goes to show what you can do and make happen if you use this an an opportunity to make changes, put your fine self first and do something different!
I personally think that travel is one of the best ways to get a different perspective, meet new people and really get to the core of who you are and what you want. I’m excited to do a lot more travel this year (not because I’m broken hearted fyi!) but just because I know how much inspiration it gives me. Reading about Katy has reinforced this even more.
So if you are struggling, have a read of this and hopefully it will give you some inspiration too.

Nice work Katy! 🙂
