New Podcast Ep! Talking Breakup Breakthroughs with Amy Young

I’ve been stalking watching Amy Young’s videos on YouTube for over a year now and I have to say, I truly think she has some of the best advice out there for women when it comes to life, love, relationships and dating. She’s says it how it is whilst being totally compassionate and her message is always empowering and full of wisdom. Plus she’s funny as hell (I learnt in this podcast with her that she’s done stand up comedy and then it all made sense!) so her videos are always entertaining

I reached out to Amy to see if she would like to come on Let’s Talk Heartbreak, we made it happen and it’s such a great episode. Amy and I talk about Amy’s coaching practice, how she now looks at love and relationships after her last heartbreak (SO much good stuff in this!), how to handle insecurities in relationships, the best way to approach dating after heartbreak and so much more.
